Make the work legible without adding a reporting layer

Comments, mentions, activity, checklists, due dates, and estimates keep the context with the card. A timeline shows how work overlaps, while calendar view makes booked effort visible across a week. That is often enough to spot a promise that cannot fit before opening a spreadsheet.

Mission Mode is useful for the people doing the work: it proposes a realistic day from their open cards and capacity instead of asking a project manager to micromanage a plan.

Portable by design

Export a project or workspace as JSON, or cards as CSV. The export is useful for a client handoff, an archive, or simply knowing that the work is not trapped in the interface.

Tarsen does not include time tracking, invoicing, proofing, or resource billing. If the agency’s operating model depends on those being part of the same system, it is worth choosing a tool that says so plainly.

A good fit for small studios

Tarsen fits a studio that wants shared visibility and clear client boundaries without a large implementation project. It is a weaker fit for an agency that needs a client portal, formal approvals, utilization reporting, or a CRM.
