Terms
Last updated July 2026
The short version: use Tarsen for legitimate work, don't try to break it or use it to harm others, and we'll keep it running and your data exportable.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Workspace owners and admins control who can join their workspace and what each member can reach.
Acceptable use
Don't use Tarsen to store or distribute unlawful material, to infringe someone else's rights, or to attack the service or other users. We may suspend an account that does.
Automated access is fine within reason. Deliberately circumventing rate limits is not.
Plans and payment
The free plan is free, and the limits are published on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed per active member, monthly or annually, through Stripe.
You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Your data stays exportable whether you are paying or not.
Availability
We work to keep Tarsen available and fast, but the service is provided as-is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance will be announced where practical.
Changes
If these terms change materially, existing users will be told before the change takes effect.
