Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Workspace owners and admins control who can join their workspace and what each member can reach. Creating an account or activating a licence means you accept these terms.

Acceptable use

Don't use Tarsen to store or distribute unlawful material, to infringe someone else's rights, or to attack the service or other users. We may suspend an account that does, and for serious or repeated abuse we may terminate it — that applies to lifetime licences too, without refund, where the abuse is deliberate.

Automated access is fine within reason. Deliberately circumventing rate limits is not.

Plans and payment

There are three ways to pay for Tarsen. The Free plan is free, for one person, with its limits published on the pricing page. Pro is billed per active member, monthly or annually, through Stripe, with a 14-day trial. Lifetime is a single payment that never renews: bought directly from us through Stripe, or bought on AppSumo as one of three tiers.

Every plan's limits are published on the pricing page, and the number you see there is the number the server enforces.

Lifetime access

A lifetime plan lasts for the lifetime of the product: as long as Tarsen operates, the plan needs no further payment. A licence applies to one workspace, chosen when you activate it, and every lifetime tier includes unlimited seats.

The AppSumo tiers differ in their monthly allowances — voice minutes, AI requests and storage — which are published on the pricing page. Tier changes are made on AppSumo, and take effect here automatically when AppSumo notifies us.

Refunds and cancellation

A purchase made on AppSumo is covered by AppSumo's own refund guarantee, and refunds are requested from and issued by AppSumo, not by us. When AppSumo notifies us of a refund, the lifetime plan is revoked automatically: the workspace moves to the Free plan, you keep your account and your data, and anybody you had invited loses access.

For a purchase made directly from us, email support and we will sort it out; nothing here limits your statutory rights.

Cancelling a Pro subscription takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Whichever way a workspace arrives on Free, nothing you created is deleted and your data stays exportable on every plan.

Availability

We work to keep Tarsen available and fast, but the service is provided as-is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, and to the extent the law allows our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Planned maintenance will be announced where practical.

Changes

If these terms change materially, existing users will be told before the change takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
